Live Online Classrooms
Parents wanting to have their children choose accredited teachers pay an additional fee. These vary by student age, Virtual classroom time, and grade level. The Virtual Online Classes will be live and recorded (recordings available for a make-up class). This will give students additional views of the classes to flourish. And also those who want to advance further into the curriculum to move ahead.
Being an online campus, allows the parents and students to pick the teachers and the classes they need. There is access to any and all teachers offering the classes the student needs. Each student has the flexibility to choose as long as the curriculum is followed. Therefore they can find the teacher with whom they feel the most comfort or connection.
So to reiterate. Our Private Charter Online School is free per family for curriculum access.
Our Virtual Online Classrooms does have a fee per month for each student per grade level starting with grades 1-12. Each student is able to select the teacher for the subjects they need. Online Education Structure for Teachers
Ok, I understand money or pay is a driving factor for any “JOB”! We want you to get paid what you are worth, in this somewhat new home school environment, but it is all about you. We told you above that each teacher will create their own introduction to meet students and parents. The more appealing those videos are, the more students you will attract. With that being said, each teacher will be able to establish their own earning potential. This amazing platform gives teachers the ability to teach students in their local area, but also from around the entire globe. Imagine teaching English as a second language to students from Costa Rica, or Japan! How fun and exciting!
Teachers, after being accepted into our program you will get access to our Curriculum and our Computer System within the PBS Votex of DTCA. You will be given your own link for Zoom and training for establishing your YouTube channel. You will create your video introducing yourself making it as unique and fun as possible. Highlighting the subjects and classes you will teach as well as your enthusiasm and excitement of being able to create this Virtual Classroom. The more students you attract to your special teaching style, the more potential earnings you will receive.
Teachers will be Independent Contractors
Most teachers have only ever been employees. There are so many benefits to being your own boss, in business for yourself as a teacher. Not only do you get to write off any expenses for your teaching business like your internet, phone, part of your rent, or mortgage, but also you can create your education experience as you like it! Following the curriculum is your guideline. If you want to do that from outside teaching science about bees pollinating the flowers, you can do that. Like I said above, “The world is your Oyster”! Use it! Yes there is a fee to Join, but the benefits totally outweigh the cost. It is like paying for a teacher associate dues that provide you with everything you need about your students, classroom, curriculum, and even grades your papers!
So your pay is determined by you. How much do you want to work? Since these are Virtual classes we do not have walls. More students can be managed at a time. We have established the maximum per class will be 500 students. With the ability to teach multiple classes and/or subjects, and/or grade levels, you increase your potential to earn. So the more students you draw into your classes, the more money you will make. This Home School platform also allows you to get paid for referring parents and/or students, as well as other teachers. So hopefully you realize that being an independent contractor within this incredible teaching environment, not only allows you to do what you love.
